MEETING WITH THE CLIENT

We begin with an in-person or virtual meeting to get to know you and discuss the structure of your future home — its rooms, layout, and architectural vision. This is the start of a trusted collaboration where your preferences and ideas guide our creative direction. Once the designer fully understands your desires, the true design process begins.

CREATION OF THE MOODBOARD & DESIGN CONCEPT

In this phase, we shape the moodboard and concept that capture the spirit of your home — from exterior volumes to interior layouts. Each room reflects your personality and lifestyle. Detailed 3D visuals, plans, and material studies help define the design identity. A preliminary project budget is also developed, covering furniture, lighting, finishes, and bespoke elements.

TECHNICAL DESIGN & SPECIFICATIONS

Here, concept turns into precision. Our architects and designers create complete technical drawings and specifications — finishes, joinery, lighting, and materials — ensuring every detail fits seamlessly with the overall architecture and function.
