As a main fit-out contractor, Modenese Luxury Interiors takes full responsibility for site execution: contractor coordination, schedule management, quality control and budget oversight. We prepare detailed BOQs, work plans and supervise all installation activities to ensure the design is realized exactly as specified. Acting as the single point of responsibility, we provide continuity between design and construction. On-site supervision, material inspections and change-control keep the project on time and compliant with the highest standards of finish.
